  • To start, we will send you a form that will help us to understand your business and target market. We believe that getting to know you and your brand is crucial for our design success.

    Once we understand your vision, we will bring it to life through captivating designs. Throughout the process, you will have the opportunity to provide feedback and request revisions, ensuring that the final design aligns with your expectations.

    Upon final design approval, we will provide you with all the necessary files to launch your brand. We’ll get everything ready to showcase your newly-branded business. With a unique brand identity/website tailored specifically to your business, you will attract your desired clientele. We are here to support your business growth.

  • We believe in the power of holistic branding for a successful business. Full branding packages, including main logo, logo variations, typography, imagery, colour palette and more, create a strong business presence. Designing just a logo won't do justice. That's why we offer only full branding packages at this time.

  • Please ensure you have all the necessary content ready for the project by our agreed-upon start date. Failure to do so may result in rescheduling the project to a later date.

    Here's what we'll generally need, depending on the project:

    Brand Vision: Define your brand's values, mission, and target audience. This will guide the design process and ensure the final result aligns with your brand identity.

    Content: Prepare relevant text, images, and videos for your website. This helps us understand the purpose and context, helping us to seamlessly incorporate the content into the design.

    Brand Assets: If you have existing brand assets like logos, color palettes, or typography, please provide them. These assets serve as the foundation for the design and maintain consistency with your brand identity.

    Inspiration and Examples: Share examples of websites or design styles that resonate with your brand. These references will help us better understand your preferences and aesthetic choices.

    By having these elements ready, we can ensure a smoother and more efficient design process.

  • Our payment structure is split into two parts for your convenience. To secure your booking, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required upfront. The remaining 50% can be paid either on the project's end date or upon completion, whichever comes first. This flexible payment arrangement ensures a smooth and hassle-free process for you.

  • A submark is a simplified variation of the logo, used in situations when the main logo is not the best fit. It's paired back style makes it easier to use on things like social media, as a sticker or stamp and any other applications your specific industry might require.

    An alternate logo is another version of the main logo, with a slight difference - usually either horizontal, or centred depending on what the primary is. Just so you have all bases covered!

  • In most cases, Squarespace is the best platform for modern small to medium-sized businesses. It offers a combination of beauty and functionality, with the flexibility, mobile responsiveness, and ease of editing required for users at any level of website content editing.

    In the rare event that you're not completely satisfied for any reason, we provide you with the flexibility to further refine the designs at an hourly rate. We firmly believe in working closely with you until we achieve the desired outcome for your project.
